#RPGaDay2024
Like many of the prompts so far, this is wonderfully vague. I own well over 300 different RPG systems. There are so many evocative environments. Cloud Empress, Vaesen, The Zone, Slayers, SLA Industries, and even Paranoia are all contenders with incredible settings and environments the table interacts with.

The game and environment I’ve fixated on lately is a small but wonderfully clever game called Gravemire by Sylvan Lawrence. The game is set in 1894 Scarstone, a rural town in a bayou of Louisiana. Scarstone is the epicenter of a terrifying transformation called The Convulsion. Before The Convulsion, Scarstone was just another bayou town. There were no monsters, no magic, and human hair didn’t hang from the willow trees.
The characters grab lucrative contracts and travel across the border into The Convulsion. There, they will find the warped, horrific, and tainted version of the real world. Dangers range from the seven-inch long fangs of the rat-like Corpse Coypu to The Devil of Baker’s Ridge.
It is a wicked mixture of Annihilation, The Skeleton Key, Blades in the Dark, and The Mist. I hope to bring the game to the channel soon.
